Order Exchange
- U.S. orders can be exchanged online or instore within 30 days of delivery. Refer to the Return Policy on returns.alaurs.com for U.S. based exchanges.
- International orders are currently not eligible for exchanges.
Order Cancellation
- Depending on the order status, cancellation may not be possible. For immediate assistance, reach out to us via phone or live chat.
- If cancellation is not feasible, we can guide you through the returns process.
Order Authorization
- Detailed personal information may be required for order authorization. Orders placed on hold by our fraud prevention team may need to undergo further verification.
- If not authorized within one week, the order may be subject to cancellation.
Order Status Inquiry

- Orders placed before 3 pm on weekdays for Expedited and 2 Day shipping will ship the next business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will ship the following business day.
- During special promotions and holidays, additional processing time may be required. Allow 1 - 3 extra days for order processing.

Wrong Item Received
- In case of a faulty item, contact Customer Care immediately with a photo of the item for further assistance.
View Previous Orders
- Access your order history by going to My Account and selecting Orders.
Addition/Changes to Order
- Once an order is processed, no changes can be made. Place a new order for additional items.
Shipping Notification Email
- Automatically sent when the order ships. If not received, check the spam folder. Contact support@alaurs.com for assistance.
Payment with Cryptocurrency
- No, we do not support payments with cryptocurrency.
Wrong Product/Order Received
- If you receive the wrong product/order, promptly contact us with your order number, product names, and a photo of the received items.
Non-receipt of Confirmation Email
- Possible reasons include incorrect email address, use of express checkout with a different email, or email filtering. Check spam folder and contact us if needed.
Order Processing and Shipping Time
- Normally, 1-3 business days to process an order.
- Delivery Time vary from 6-12 days depending on Location.
- For presale items, the entire order ships when presale items are in stock. Check the estimated ship out date on the product page.
- No split shipments supported at the moment.

Color/Size Change after Order Submission
- Changes cannot be made once an order is submitted. Contact us immediately to cancel the order or return/exchange the item upon arrival.

Delivery Time
1. Order confirmation email sent after authorization and verification.
2. Tracking number emailed once items are shipped.
3. Track your package using the provided tracking number.
- Orders shipped via DHL, FedEx, USPS, TNT, OCS, UPS, or other carriers based on location.
Duties & Taxes
- Duties & taxes are automatically calculated during checkout for applicable countries. Choose between DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
- If DDU is selected, you are responsible for paying duties & taxes upon delivery.
Address Changes
- Address changes can be made on the same day an order is placed by contacting customer service. Changes are subject to review and may be declined after security screening.
Shipping Options
- Standard Priority Duties Paid: 8 - 14 Business Days, calculated at checkout. Customers outside the U.S. and Canada pay shipping carrier fees and applicable duties and taxes at the time of purchase.
- Expedited International Duties Paid: 3 - 10 Business Days, carrier calculated cost. Customers bear shipping carrier fees and applicable duties and taxes at the time of purchase.
- P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.
Shipping to PO Boxes
- Orders with PO Box addresses may cause delays.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide; check if we ship to your country, from the list down below. Unfortunately, if your country is not included, we do not ship to you.
Signature Requirement
- A signature may be required for delivery to ensure security and recipient confirmation.
Free Shipping and Returns
- Expedited options available for a fee. U.S. exchanges are free; return shipping label cost deducted from refunds.
Package Damage in Transit
- If the package is damaged, refuse to sign, and contact us immediately. Document the condition with clear pictures.
Changing Shipping Address
- Email or call to change shipping address. Email preferred: support@alaurs.com.
Package Returned Reasons
1. Address not specific; we'll contact you, and if no response, the package is returned.
2. Package not signed for within the specified time; returned by the logistics company.

Shipping Information Not Updated
- Tracking information may not update immediately during international shipping.

Recipient's Presence during Delivery
- Generally, sign the parcel personally. If absent, contact the express company to specify delivery requirements.
Not at Shipping Address During Delivery
- Contact the carrier to schedule a new delivery or pick up from a local shipping location. Additional fees may apply for redirection.
