Return Policy
- 15-day return policy for items postmarked within the original purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached.

Tracking Orders
- Receive a shipment email with tracking number after the order ships.

Out of Stock Items
- New collections are released each season.
- Sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out-of-stock item.
Order Cancellation
- Depending on the order status, cancellation may not be possible. For immediate assistance, reach out to us via phone or live chat.
- If cancellation is not feasible, we can guide you through the returns process.
Damaged Package
- Contact Alaurs with a picture of the damaged parcel.
- Also contact the post office or delivery service to initiate a claim.

- Orders placed before 3 pm on weekdays for Expedited and 2 Day shipping will ship the next business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will ship the following business day.
- During special promotions and holidays, additional processing time may be required. Allow 1 - 3 extra days for order processing.
