- At checkout, provide instructions for a gift message, and we'll include a gift note card, all for free.
Sending Items as Gifts
- Use the recipient's address as the delivery address for your order.
- Prices of items are not displayed on the paperwork included with the order for confidentiality.
- In case of any issues with the order, we can only discuss details with the registered Alaurs account holder who placed the order.

Gift Card Expiry Date
- Never expires!
- Receive this information upon acquiring the gift card.
Redeeming Gift Cards
- Enter the gift card code in the voucher field during checkout.
- Checkout displays available gift card balance.
- If total exceeds gift card amount, full value is used; if less, remaining balance can be used later.
Combining Gift Cards
- Possible to use more than one gift card per order.
- Can be used in combination with a discount code.
Forgot to Add Gift Card
Unfortunately, it's not possible to add a gift card to an already placed order.
Buying Alaurs Gift Cards
- Purchase gift cards in the Gift Card Section.
- Once confirmed, the gift card is sent to the provided email address in a separate email within 24 hours.
- Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing a gift card.
Cash Back from Gift Cards
- Cash backs are not available from gift cards.
Using Gift Cards for Multiple Orders
If money remains on the gift card after an order, it can be used for future purchases.
Return of Order Purchased with Gift Card
- Credit from returned fashion items purchased with a gift card refunded to the gift card.
- Gift card credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Return of Sale Items
Sale items may be refunded, but the refund is at the discounted price, not the original price.
Using Discount Codes
- Discount codes can only be used on full-price items.
- Occasionally, extra offers for sale items are available, and it's specified what sale items are included.
Forgot to Add Discount Code
- Can add most discount codes if the order hasn't processed yet.
Discount for First-Time Buyers
- No specific discount for first-time buyers.
- However, a 15% off for the next purchase is offered by signing up for the newsletter.
Applying Multiple Discount Codes
- Only one coupon code is eligible per order.
- Enter the discount code in the Promo code bar during checkout and click APPLY.
Troubleshooting Discount Code Issues
1. Ensure the code is not expired.
2. Confirm the code meets usage conditions (e.g., specific items, minimum price).
3. Some codes apply only to full-priced items, not items on sale.
Wrong Size Ordered with Discount Code
- Return the item following return instructions.
- Place a new order for the correct size.
- Contact with original item's order number and the new one for assistance in applying the code.
